2. High abrasion of granite led to frequent wear parts replacement and long downtime for ordinary crushing machines.

4. Equipment must meet local NEMA environmental standards with dust removal and noise reduction accessories.

1. Crawler mobile jaw crushing station with PE750*1060 jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing.
2. Crawler mobile impact crushing & screening integrated station equipped with PF1315 impact crusher and 3-layer vibrating screen for medium crushing, shaping and grading.
3. Supporting facilities: pulse dust collector, magnetic iron remover, centralized lubrication system, PLC intelligent control cabinet, dual diesel & electric power system.

2. Strict Production QC: Every machine passed 72-hour full-load running test before delivery; key wear parts were upgraded to extend service life.
3. Logistics & Shipment: Equipment was packed with rust-proof treatment and shipped in 6*40HQ containers, with full customs clearance documents provided.
4. After-sales Support: Full English operation manuals and maintenance videos were offered. Our engineers provided 7*16 hours online remote commissioning and operator training, with a 15-month warranty and fast spare parts supply.
