It relies on two symmetric vibrating motors rotating in reverse synchronization to generate stable linear excitation force. Materials jump and move forward in a parabolic straight line on the screen surface. Featuring low inclination of 0°-10°, adjustable excitation angle, amplitude of 2-6mm and high frequency of 900-1500r/min, it achieves long material retention time and ultra-high screening precision.

Working Principle

Two symmetric vibration motors generate synchronous reverse excitation force, forming stable linear vibration trajectory. Materials jump and move forward linearly on the screen deck. Fine particles penetrate the screen mesh and are discharged as finished products, while coarse impurities are automatically discharged from the tail outlet. The linear conveying method ensures uniform material distribution and high-precision continuous screening without material accumulation.
