Product Overview
High frequency vibrating screen adopts high-frequency low-amplitude vibration for fine sand recovery and material dewatering. High efficiency and fine screening effect for sand washing and mining projects.
Working Principle
The high-frequency vibration motor provides high-speed micro-amplitude vibration, making wet materials produce rapid stratification and dispersion on the screen surface. Fine sand and effective particles penetrate the screen mesh for recovery, while mud, water and impurities are separated and discharged. The high-frequency vibration effectively prevents mesh blockage and greatly improves fine material recovery rate and material dryness.
