Screen Features

This linear vibrating screen is tailored for high-precision fine material classification, featuring stable straight-line vibration operation to ensure uniform material screening. It supports flexible switching between dry screening and wet screening, fully meeting the diverse processing needs of aggregate, mining and chemical industries. Driven by two symmetric reverse synchronous motors, it outputs stable linear excitation force, making materials jump and advance in a standard parabolic straight line. With adjustable 0°-10° low screen inclination, flexible excitation angle, 2-6mm scientific amplitude and 900-1500r/min high frequency, it prolongs material screening time and maximizes fine material screening accuracy.

Working Principle

Two symmetric vibration motors operate synchronously and reversely to generate stable linear excitation force, forming a fixed straight-line vibration trajectory for the screen box. After materials are fed into the screen surface, continuous jumping and linear forward movement promote full stratification of different particle sizes. Qualified fine particles pass through the screen mesh and become finished products, while coarse impurities are automatically discharged from the tail. The linear uniform conveying design avoids material accumulation and local blocking, ensuring continuous and efficient high-precision screening, greatly improving finished product qualification rate and reducing fine material loss.
