It processes 0.1-300mm particles with screening efficiency up to 90%-95%, solving traditional fine material screening problems of low precision and serious loss.

This precision linear vibrating screen is designed for fine material high-precision classification, utilizing dual-motor reverse synchronous linear vibration technology for directional straight-line screening. It supports dual working modes of dry precise grading and wet dewatering screening, adapting to multi-type material processing needs. The equipment features 0°-10° adjustable low screen inclination, flexible excitation angle adjustment, 2-6mm controllable vibration amplitude and 900-1500r/min high working frequency. The low-inclination and high-frequency design prolongs material screening cycle, ensures full separation of fine particles, and achieves ultra-high screening precision.

Working Principle

Two symmetrically arranged vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely to generate stable directional linear excitation force, driving the screen box to produce fixed straight-line vibration. After materials are fed uniformly, they jump forward in a parabolic linear track on the screen surface. Relying on continuous high-frequency vibration, materials are automatically stratified by particle size. Fine qualified particles penetrate the screen mesh for finished product discharging, while coarse impurity particles are discharged from the tail outlet. The directional linear conveying structure ensures uniform material distribution, prevents local accumulation and mesh blocking, and enables continuous stable high-precision screening.
