Working Principle

Driven by the high-power heavy-duty motor, the large single-stage rotor drives thickened heavy hammer heads to rotate at high speed. After large bulk materials enter the crushing cavity, they are instantly subjected to super-strong hammer impact and primary fragmentation. Then the materials undergo multiple times of extrusion, bending and fine grinding in the closed cavity to complete layered refinement and particle shaping in one process. Qualified finished particles are directly discharged through the bottom grate plate, while a small number of unqualified particles are repeatedly crushed in the cavity until reaching the standard. The unique single-stage integrated crushing structure omits intermediate conveying and secondary crushing links, realizing one-step forming from bulk raw materials to finished aggregates.
