PCK1618 and PCK1618Ⅱ are high-output flagship models of PCK series reversible hammer crushers, adopting super-large rotor specification of φ1600*1800mm, covering dual working conditions of ordinary materials and coal dedicated crushing. The standard PCK1618 model is equipped with 450KW motor, rotor speed 650r/min, with hourly output of 90-180t/h, suitable for conventional medium-hard stone fine crushing. The upgraded PCK1618Ⅱ coal dedicated model is optimized with 740r/min high speed, optional 450KW/630KW high power, with maximum output up to 300t/h, specially adapted for large-scale coal mine and coal gangue centralized processing. Both models retain the core reversible bidirectional rotation function, with max feeding size 100mm and fixed 3-6mm fine discharging. The whole machine weighs 32.5t, with ultra-heavy-duty fuselage design, supporting 24-hour high-load continuous operation. The flexible dual-power and dual-speed parameter configuration makes it a multi-scene high-output reversible crushing equipment for large industrial production lines.

For PCK1618 conventional model: 450KW motor drives φ1600*1800mm large rotor to operate stably at 650r/min, realizing high-efficiency fine crushing of medium-hard stones. For PCK1618Ⅱ coal dedicated model: optional 630KW high-power configuration matches 740r/min high-speed operation, improving material processing efficiency for bulk coal materials. All materials within 100mm feeding size enter the heavy-duty crushing cavity, and are finely crushed and shaped by reversible high-speed hammer heads. The bidirectional rotation design eliminates unilateral wear, and the large cavity structure improves material passing capacity. Through internal circulating crushing, all materials are refined to standard 3-6mm fine particles. The dual-model parameter differentiation design realizes targeted crushing of stone and coal materials, with higher pertinence and production efficiency than ordinary single-parameter crushers.
