Commonly called 57-type jaw crusher in the industry, is a mainstream primary jaw crushing equipment for the first-stage crushing work in sand and gravel production lines.
Performance Parameters
  • 1. Feeding size limit: The maximum allowable feed particle size is ≤425 mm. Medium-sized raw stones can be fed directly for primary coarse crushing.
  • 2. Discharge opening adjustment range: The adjustable gap of the discharge outlet ranges from 50 mm to 100 mm. Operators can set target coarse crushed grain sizes flexibly, and the output stones are qualified for secondary fine crushing by impact crushers or cone crushers.
  • 3. Processing capacity: Its hourly throughput stands at 80–100 metric tons, matching the coarse crushing demands of small and medium-sized aggregate yards and small mines.
  • 4. Operating specification: The eccentric shaft runs at a rated rotational speed of 275 revolutions per minute, delivering steady crushing efficiency and smooth machine operation.
  • 5. Power configuration: The matched motor power is 45–55 kW. It features moderate power consumption with sufficient power reserve under heavy-load crushing conditions.
