Working Principle
The full hydraulic cone crusher consists of upper frame and fixed cone, adjusting ring, lower frame, fixed central shaft, movable cone and spherical tile, eccentric sleeve and sector gear, pinion gear and horizontal shaft, peripheral hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station and lubrication station. During operation, the motor drives the pulley, coupling and transmission shaft, making the eccentric shaft perform periodic swing motion around the axis center.
After materials enter the crushing cavity from the feeding port, they are subjected to continuous impact, extrusion, grinding and kneading force between the eccentric shaft and rolling mortar wall to complete efficient crushing. The built-in hydraulic safety system provides powerful overload protection: when iron impurities enter the cavity or material blocking occurs, the hydraulic system automatically lifts the support sleeve and fixed cone top to discharge foreign matters quickly. This intelligent protection mechanism effectively avoids equipment damage and significantly improves continuous production efficiency.
