The PE600*900 jaw crusher (widely known as "69 jaw crusher") is a classic primary crushing equipment for medium-scale production lines. Designed for first-stage size reduction of medium and high hardness materials, it operates on the single-toggle jaw principle, crushing materials through extrusion, splitting and bending between the fixed and movable jaws. 1. Deep Cavity & Stable Throughput

   The deep V-shaped crushing cavity eliminates feeding dead zones and ensures high feeding efficiency. It accepts raw materials with a maximum size of 510mm. The discharge opening is adjustable from 95mm to 180mm, delivering a processing capacity of 80-160 t/h. With a large crushing ratio and uniform output size, it can steadily match the feeding requirements of downstream secondary crushing processes.

   The frame is welded with high-strength manganese steel, featuring excellent rigidity and strong impact load resistance. The crushing surface is equipped with wear-resistant high manganese steel jaw plates, which can withstand continuous impact from hard materials such as granite, basalt and iron ore, extending equipment service life in harsh working conditions like mines and quarries.
