Medium Sized Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher 20-40 T/H Output Adjustable Discharge

2PGY800*600 is a standard medium-sized hydraulic double roll crusher, upgraded based on traditional spring roll crushers with full hydraulic adjustment system. Equipped with dual 22kW motors, the machine supports a maximum feed size of 30mm and adjustable discharge particle size from 1mm to 20mm, achieving stable hourly output of 20 to 40 tons. Different from spring models, this hydraulic roll crusher realizes one-button hydraulic gap adjustment, no need for manual screw adjustment or spring tension correction. The hydraulic overload protection system automatically releases uncrushable materials to avoid roller sticking and equipment damage. With stable performance and simple operation, it is the most cost-effective fine crushing equipment for medium-sized sand and aggregate production lines.

The two rollers rotate in opposite directions to squeeze and crush incoming materials. The built-in hydraulic cylinder system precisely controls the roller gap to ensure uniform finished particle size. When hard foreign matter enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system automatically pushes the rollers to expand the gap for foreign body discharge, then quickly resets to the preset crushing clearance. Operators can adjust discharge size digitally through the hydraulic control panel, realizing fast switching between fine sand and medium aggregate production.
