2PGY800*800 hydraulic double roll crusher is an upgraded wide-size model in the 2PGY series. It adopts 800mm super-wide roller structure and dual 37kW high-power motors, significantly improving feeding and processing efficiency. The equipment supports feed size ≤30mm and discharge size adjustable from 1mm to 30mm, with hourly output ranging from 20 to 50 tons. The full hydraulic control system ensures precise gap adjustment and automatic overload protection. Compared with conventional spring roll crushers, this model features larger processing volume, wider particle size adjustment range and stronger overload resistance, suitable for medium and large fine crushing production lines.

The two high-power driven rollers rotate oppositely to squeeze and crush materials. The widened roller surface increases effective crushing area and improves hourly throughput. The hydraulic system monitors roller pressure in real time. Once overload occurs, the hydraulic cylinder automatically expands the roller gap to discharge impurities and reset rapidly. Operators can freely switch fine crushing and medium crushing modes through the hydraulic control system to produce different aggregate specifications.
