2PGY1000*1000 hydraulic double roll crusher is a full-size heavy-duty fine crushing machine in the 2PGY series. Both roller diameter and roller width reach 1000mm, achieving ultra-large contact crushing area. With dual 55kW matching power, the equipment maintains stable high output of 50–70 tons per hour. Feed size is within 30mm, and finished particle size can be freely adjusted from 1mm to 30mm. The full hydraulic automatic control system ensures precise particle size control and intelligent anti-overload performance. The whole machine features heavy-duty structure, low vibration and high stability, perfectly suitable for high-standard aggregate production requirements.

Symmetrical full-size rollers rotate oppositely to achieve uniform material extrusion and grinding. The hydraulic system dynamically adjusts roller gap and pressure according to feeding volume and material hardness. When hard impurities enter the chamber, the hydraulic protection system quickly releases pressure to avoid structural damage. The hydraulic precision adjustment ensures extremely uniform finished particle size, effectively reducing flaky particles and improving aggregate cubicity.
