Double toggle jaw crusher, also known as complex swing jaw crusher, is the most widely used crushing equipment in the aggregate industry. Different from single toggle models, its movable jaw presents complex compound swing trajectory, with both horizontal extrusion stroke and vertical grinding stroke. This dual-effect crushing method realizes one-time extrusion and shaping of materials, making finished aggregate with excellent cubic grain shape. The equipment has strong versatility and can adapt to coarse, medium and fine crushing of various soft, medium and hard stones.

Driven by the eccentric shaft, the movable jaw performs irregular complex compound swing. The horizontal movement squeezes and breaks materials, while the vertical movement grinds and shapes stones. The dual compound force makes material crushing more sufficient. After multiple extrusion and grinding in the crushing cavity, qualified particle materials are discharged from the bottom. The flexible compound movement effectively adapts to materials of different sizes and hardness.
