Product Overview

Developed based on global advanced cone crushing technology and combined with the latest industrial R&D achievements, the SH430 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a large-capacity intelligent crushing equipment optimized for heavy-duty hard rock working conditions.

It adopts a highly integrated bottom single-cylinder hydraulic structure, which integrates gap adjustment, over-iron protection and automatic cavity cleaning functions in one compact body. It abandons cumbersome external mechanical structures, making the whole machine simpler, more robust and more convenient to operate.

With multiple heavy-duty stroke and large crushing cavity options, the SH430 model is specially designed for coarse and medium crushing of high-hard materials. It is widely used in large mines, stone quarries, road engineering, chemical industry and building material industries, capable of stably processing high-hardness and high-abrasive ores and rocks.

Working Principle

The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt drive system and transmission gear set. The moving cone produces periodic gyratory motion under eccentric force. Materials are continuously impacted, squeezed and crushed between the moving cone and fixed cone layer by layer. The materials that meet the discharge particle size are automatically discharged from the bottom outlet to complete the continuous crushing process.
