Product Introduction

YH-PE600x900 is a heavy-duty single-toggle jaw crusher built for large mining and quarry primary crushing. A 600x900 mm feed opening accepts blocks up to 550 mm, and the optimized deep crushing chamber delivers a high crushing ratio with 56-192 t/h throughput for medium and large capacity crushing plants.

High Crushing Ratio Chamber Design

The deep V-shaped crushing chamber increases the effective crushing zone so materials are squeezed and broken more efficiently. Compared with conventional chambers, it raises one-time crushing ratio, reduces secondary load and improves the shape of discharged aggregates.

Thickened Manganese Jaw Plates

Thickened high manganese steel jaw plates provide outstanding resistance to impact and abrasion when processing hard rocks such as granite, basalt and iron ore. Interchangeable fixed and movable plates simplify replacement and reduce spare parts inventory.

Heavy Duty Frame and Eccentric Shaft

The annealed welded steel frame and high-strength forged eccentric shaft guarantee stable operation under heavy impact load for years. Quick wedge discharge adjustment allows finished size to be changed from 75 mm to 200 mm with minimum downtime.
