This kit is assembled for quarry and mine operators who want the consumables and critical components for their PE or PEX jaw crusher already on the shelf, matched to the machine model, inspected before packing and ready to dispatch the same day.

What Is Included

• Fixed and movable jaw plates — Mn13Cr2 high manganese castings with machined tooth profile, reversible on the movable side
• Toggle plate and toggle seats — cast steel with controlled hardness, the designed overload protection point
• Eccentric shaft bearing group — spherical roller bearings, seals and bearing covers, pre-greased
• Flywheel and pulley keys, wedge blocks and bolts — the fasteners that always seem to disappear during a rebuild
• Side liner plates — wear protection for the crushing chamber walls

Motor Power Coverage

The kit covers the full motor range used in this series, from the 37 kW drive on the PEX-250x1200 fine crusher to the 110 kW drive on the PE-750x1060 primary unit. When ordering, quote the motor power and the machine model plate so the bearing group and toggle plate are matched to the actual running load rather than to a generic model number.

Model Compatibility

Parts are produced for the common PE and PEX models used in quarry and mining plants, and can be matched to drawings if your machine is from another manufacturer. Send the model plate photograph and we will confirm the exact plate profile and tooth pitch before production.

Dispatch and Packing

Stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Made-to-order plates are produced in 7 to 15 working days. Every set is packed in an export wooden case with parts wrapped individually and marked with the machine model and position, so the maintenance team knows exactly where each component belongs when the case is opened on site.

After-Sales Support
