Product Introduction

Since the 19th century, jaw crushers have been widely used in various ore and rock crushing operations. Unlike traditional jaw crushers, Maite Heavy Industries jaw crushers have made significant improvements in the movement parameters, structural form, adjustment methods, and other aspects of the crusher. They occupy less space, have a larger crushing ratio, operate more smoothly, and have advantages in transportation, installation, maintenance, and adjustment. Especially suitable for fixed crushing production lines and mobile crushing stations.

Structural Details and Working Principle:

The jaw crusher is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, frame, upper and lower guard plates, adjusting seat, movable jaw pull rod and other components. A good understanding of the internal structure of the jaw crusher can provide great assistance during equipment operation and troubleshooting.
The crushing mode of Maite Heavy Industry jaw crusher is curved extrusion, which mainly crushes large rock blocks into small stones. During operation, the motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down via the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the included angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, pushing the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. Meanwhile, materials are squeezed or split to realize crushing.
Materials are subjected to multiple crushing effects including extrusion, friction and rolling between the two jaw plates. Under the action of gravity, the crushed materials are discharged freely from the discharge outlet at the bottom of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw periodically squeezes and discharges materials to realize mass production.
