Product Overview
The single-stage hammer crusher is a professional one-time forming crushing equipment optimized for medium-hard brittle materials. The complete machine consists of core components including high-speed rotating rotor, wear-resistant crushing plate, safety door, impact plate, discharge grate and integrated upper and lower machine shell.
Different from traditional multi-stage crushing equipment, this machine adopts exclusive single-stage crushing technology, which can directly complete material forming in only one crushing process, completely replacing the traditional three-stage crushing procedure. It supports super-large feeding particle size up to 1250mm, with stable adjustable finished particle size of 3-8mm on average.
Working Principle
The single stage hammer crusher operates through stable high-speed rotor rotation and impact crushing principle. After raw materials fall into the crushing cavity from the top feeding port, they are instantly and strongly impacted by high-speed rotating hammer heads driven by the rotor.
Bulk materials undergo continuous impact crushing, friction refinement and layered grinding inside the cavity. Under the combined action of hammer impact, crushing plate collision and material mutual friction, large bulk ores are gradually refined into small-particle finished sand and aggregates. Qualified fine particles pass through the gap of the bottom discharge grate for smooth discharging.
By adjusting the gap of the discharge grate, users can freely control the finished material particle size without supporting screening equipment. The safety door and impact plate inside the machine effectively protect the equipment from impact damage and ensure stable and safe single-stage forming crushing operation.
