The PE700*1000 jaw crusher is a mainstream primary crushing equipment for medium and large capacity production lines. Adopting the mature single-toggle jaw working principle, it crushes materials through periodic extrusion, splitting and bending between the fixed jaw and movable jaw, designed for the first-stage crushing of medium and high hardness materials.    It adopts a deep V-shaped crushing cavity without dead zones, accepting raw ore up to 595mm with high feeding efficiency and low blockage risk. The discharge opening is flexibly adjustable within 155-270mm, delivering a processing capacity of 150-300 t/h. With a large crushing ratio and uniform output size, it can stably match the feeding requirements of downstream secondary and fine crushing processes.

   The frame is welded with high-strength manganese steel, boasting excellent overall rigidity to withstand strong impact loads from high-hardness materials. The crushing surface is equipped with high manganese steel wear-resistant jaw plates, delivering long service life under harsh conditions with granite, basalt and iron ore, suitable for long-term continuous operation in mines and quarries.

   Matched with a 55-75kW industrial motor and an eccentric shaft transmission system at an optimized speed of 255 r/min, it achieves high transmission efficiency and low unit energy consumption. The double flywheel structure balances operating inertia, ensuring low vibration and noise during long-term continuous production.
