The equipment adopts high-precision rotor dynamic balance design, with stable bidirectional operation, no vibration and no material blocking. It can flexibly realize medium and fine crushing of limestone, coal, shale and other brittle materials, with uniform finished particle size and excellent shaping effect. It is the preferred energy-saving and high-efficiency equipment for coal preparation plants, aggregate processing and long-term continuous crushing production.

Working Principle

The reversible hammer crusher is equipped with a bidirectional adjustable driving motor, which can control the rotor to rotate forward or reverse freely. During operation, materials enter the crushing cavity and are subjected to high-speed hammer impact, extrusion and shearing crushing. When one side of the hammer head is worn after long-term operation, the operator can reverse the rotor rotation direction without disassembling the machine, so that the unworn side of the hammer head participates in crushing work. The bidirectional circulating crushing mode ensures uniform stress on the hammer head and cavity lining plates. Materials are repeatedly crushed and shaped in the streamlined anti-blocking cavity, qualified particles are discharged through the grate plate, and unqualified particles are recycled for secondary crushing. The whole process realizes low-wear, anti-blocking and long-term stable high-efficiency crushing.
