Product Overview
The simplified body structure greatly improves operational stability and reduces failure points. Equipped with multiple stroke and cavity combinations, the SH420 model flexibly adapts to medium and fine crushing operations.
Widely applicable in mining, metallurgy, highway construction, chemical industry and building materials, specially suitable for processing high-hardness, high-abrasive ores and various hard rocks.
Working Principle
Driven by the main motor, power is transmitted through the V-belt, transmission shaft and drive gear to rotate the eccentric sleeve. The moving cone generates continuous gyratory swinging motion.
Materials are repeatedly squeezed, impacted and crushed between the moving cone and fixed cone. Qualified finished materials are automatically discharged from the bottom discharge opening after reaching the required particle size.
